Youbel has been in Florida real estate for more than twenty years. Early in his career he worked as a licensed loan officer and a licensed title agent before settling into residential sales, where he has spent the last two decades helping Central Florida families sell, buy and build wealth through real estate.
That mortgage and title background is still one of the team's biggest advantages. We understand how your loan gets underwritten, how title gets cleared and where deals actually fall apart, so we can see problems before they become problems.
